You provide Caditect with a sample of what you would like your floor plan and elevation to be. If you don't have any samples, we have plan books and can offer our expertise. We then draw the floor plan to your custom sizes and requests, and then meet with you to review the drawings. We then change the plan based on the outcome of the meeting. Along the way, we will make suggestions on what can be done structurally and cosmetically. When the floor plan has been revised, we then draw the elevation to match what your home might look like. We will sit down with you after we have drawn the foundation, floor plans, and elevations and review them with you for one final set of changes. We will make those changes and plot your final set of drawings.
